I’m DJ KYNX, also known as The Sonic Architect—a Nairobi-based DJ passionate about creating immersive, high-energy musical
experiences. With over a decade behind the decks, I’ve developed a signature sound that blends deep Afrohouse textures with the vibrant pulse of Amapiano, delivering sets that connect with diverse audiences.
For me, DJing is more than just playing music—it’s storytelling. Every set I perform is a carefully curated journey, moving from soulful, atmospheric moments to powerful, dancefloor-driven energy.
I focus on reading the crowd, understanding the vibe, and building an experience that keeps people engaged from start to finish.
Beyond the decks, I’m also the founder of EventLive, a platform designed to simplify and enhance event experiences in Kenya. This allows me to bring both creative and technical insight into the entertainment
space—bridging the gap between performance and event innovation.
